Intralox is seeking a Content Administration Intern – Marketing for the summer of 2025. In this role, you will help our efforts to enhance the searchability, usability, and value of content assets.
The focus of this role will be to apply tagging and metadata to existing Marketing assets, including photos, videos, marketing literature, and web/digital deliverables. You will gain exposure to our company’s products and services, and to content creation and management practices within our department. You will also have opportunities to make recommendations to help the department enhance its information management efforts.
The ideal candidate is self-managed, patient, persistent, and a discerning problem-solver. The role will be based primarily in Harahan, Louisiana, with limited opportunities for hybrid work. The requirements and responsibilities are as follows:
Requirements:
*Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, information management, library sciences, communications, computer science, or a similar/related field
*Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
*Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce error-free work and identify/fix existing errors
*Proven ability to work independently, collaborate with stakeholders as needed, and adapt to changing circumstances
*Experience with content management, digital asset management, web/digital administration, and/or data management (can include spreadsheet-based work)
Responsibilities:
*Add/update metadata tags in asset management systems for existing Marketing assets, e.g., images and video
*Reorganize, archive, or delete assets, as needed
*Collaborate with Website Team to align management of PDF, image, video, and related assets
*Identify opportunities to improve asset management processes; implement improved processes and/or resources for internal audiences
*Adhere to corporate metadata and knowledge management standards
